5th District Monthly Meetings Schedule
- All Regular District Meetings start at 2:00 PM unless otherwise noted.
- The meeting agenda will be placed on the website approximately one week prior to the meeting. Post Commanders wishing to place a topic or guest speaker on the agenda should contact the District Commander or District Vice Commander prior to the posting of the agenda on the web.
- Posts not submitting a written report to the District Adjutant prior to the start of the meeting, may not be called upon for a verbal report.
- Meeting minutes will be posted to the website in a timely manner.
- The DCC- District Constitutional Conference begins sharply at 9:00 AM. It is preceded by The Post Everlasting Ceremony at 8:30 AM sharp. The dates for all DCC meetings are set by the Department Commander to ensure that candidates for Department offices have time to travel from one district to another for their final campaign appearances.
